The purpose of the national claim portal is to collect, process and monitor citizens’ claims, as well as to collect their comments and proposals in this regard.
This portal is designed as a tool to promote exchanges between the administration and citizens, as well as to evaluate the performance of the administration and improve the quality of its services.
