NATIONAL PORTAL FOR COMPLAINTS

 

If you have encountered an issue or harm while using a public service due to behavior by the administration that is illegal or contrary to principles of justice and fairness, you can submit and track your complaint via the National Portal for Complaints.

 

 

CONSUMER COMPLAINT

 

This application allows you to submit your complaint (grievance, request for information, suggestions). It will be forwarded to the relevant body in charge of processing it (Ministries, public institutions or consumer protection associations). 

You can track the status of your complaint by entering the number that will be assigned to it.
